INSPECTION?

Be prepared for inspection as you enter the venue. This inspection will include physical pat down and/or the use of metal detectors.

NOT PERMITTED?

Items not permitted include, but are not limited to:
Weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal drugs/substances, glass containers, cans, hard sided/large coolers, markers, lighters, gum, large or oversized bags/back-packs, laser pointers, and fireworks.

Should you bring a purse, it will be searched and may slow down your entry time, its best to bring no bags.

Purses allowed up to 12” x 6” x 12” . All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry.

Whats the dress code?

LADIES : No Flip Flops | No Hoodies
MEN : No White Tees | No Tank Tops | No Athletic Wear | No Jerseys | No Baggy / Loose Attire | No Flip Flops | No Shorts. Girls don’t like sloppy guys.

How does ticketing work?

All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Advance tickets guarantee entry to the show.

Advance tickets are only available through our website and at the door. Site prices are cheaper, the day of the event prices will go up.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase. With your confirmation email you will receive a QR code, that code will serve as a digital ticket for entry. No need to print, you just need your phone.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your credit card statement to ensure your order went though and/or check your email junk folder.

Please bring valid photo ID for proof of age and ticket purchase.

A non-refundable ticket service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket.

WHATS THE REFUND POLICY?

As a general rule, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Policies set forth by Event Partners, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. This information is prominently displayed on all our websites and during the ticket checkout process. If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

What is your policy on transferring tickets?

If you need to transfer your tickets you can send the digital QR code in your confirmation email to the new recipient. If you don’t have a QR code, the recipient will need to state the original ticket purchaser’s name at the box office for entry.

I’m on the guest list. How do I get in?

Proceed to the box office as any other patron. Occasionally there will be a dictated line for Guest List and regular ticket holders. Be prepared to present a valid photo ID for admittance.

What forms of ID are accepted?

Accepted forms of ID are current and non-expired: State Issued ID or Driver’s License, Military & Passport ID.

Do you have any age restrictions?

Age restrictions for all shows may vary. Please refer to the flyer for detailed information on each show.

Do I get a seat or is it standing room only?

Most shows and events at The Yost are General Admission / Standing Room Only unless otherwise noted.

For partially seated shows, seating is first come first serve. We recommend arriving close to door times for best chances at acquiring seats.

Do you offer parking?

Downtown SA is highly visited and parking can get tuff to find. We provide a convenient alternative with our 1000-car parking structure located with just a 1 minute walk from the venue @ 401 North Spurgeon St., Santa Ana, CA 92701

Are you ADA accessible?

Yes, our on-site amenities are 100% ADA accessible. If special assistance is required, please speak to a member of the staff upon arrival at the venue.

My band would like to play at Yost - how can we make that happen?

Email bookings@theyosttheater.com and your information will be passed along to our booking department. Someone will be in touch if we have any open opportunities.

What is your photography / taping policy?

You are allowed to bring camera phones and handhelds. Our photography and taping policies are dictated by the policies of the bands playing the show in question, so this is subject to change.

Are there ins-and-outs?

No.

What forms of payment are accepted at the bar?

Cards and cash.

While we will do everything in our power to be as quick and efficient as possible, we encourage guests to please arrive, in advance of the scheduled show start time, in order to allow ample time to enter the facility.
